Indulge and allow yourself to unwind and nourish your body, mind and soul. Accommodation and full

board with an intuitive full body massage and Reiki session.

Our aim is to offer you time and space to unwind, reflect and relax.

This family run holistic retreat getaway is situated in the heart of Broadstone, North Poole, in Dorset.   Closely situated, we have parks, walks and cycle ways, taking you away from the hustle and bustle into quiet relaxing surroundings.   Giving you space to think and to quieten your mind.    We are a five-minute drive from the beautiful Dorset countryside, through the popular equestrian area of Corfe Mullen, continuing into the quaint Minster town of Wimborne.

Alternatively follow the road to the coast and visit the famous Poole Quay, Sandbanks peninsular and over the chain ferry to the stunning Studland and the incredible Jurassic Coast.    Experience different moods and landscapes in both summer and winter, looking back over the wonderful Poole harbour, the second largest natural harbour in the world.

We offer you full board, with predominantly Organic and locally sourced produce. Breakfast is comprehensive and continental, with fresh fruit and orange juice, yoghurts, cereals, breads, croissants, eggs, salmon, bagels and cream cheese.    A nutritious and varied way to start the day!

Lunch consists of nutritious and homemade soups, with bread, cheese and a delicious fruit bowl.

A variety of two-course suppers, guaranteed to be a taste sensation with Adrian donning the apron!   Inclusive of a drink.

On arrival, you will be warmly welcomed and shown around.   You will fill out a consultation form for your treatments and Leah will give you the times of their commencement.    You have the chance to curl up with a book in the lounge, conservatory, garden or your comfortable room, watch a DVD from our extensive collection, catch up on some sleep, or anything that aids in your relaxation.   The choice is yours!
